Rachel Rymaszewski is one of the data interns working at the Sustainability Institute. She calculates UNH’s carbon and nitrogen footprint using an online application called SIMAP (Sustainability Indicator Management and Analysis Platform) by collecting, organizing, and analyzing UNH’s food data.
Rachel is a junior at the University of New Hampshire studying Environmental Conservation and Sustainability with a minor in Business Administration and Geospatial Analysis. She is hoping to attend law school upon graduation and become an environmental lawyer. In addition to working at the Sustainability Institute, Rachel is an intern for Campus Planning, conducting data collection and management, cartographic design, and geographic analysis. In her free time, she enjoys staying active at the gym, swimming at the beach, and spending time with friends.
